Hi Mrridu!
Series C are the perfect choice if you’re looking to bake great breads.
C 8714– strong bread flour with a little more whole wheat content. This allows for a rustic, flavorful bread with great texture. It is best suited for bagels, sourdough boules, lean breads and sourdough pizzas!
C 8318 – strong bread flour that is very fine ground and soft. This is specially crafted for enriched breads that have ery high amounts of fats, eggs and inclusions such as fruits nuts etc. Like – brioche, panattone, cinnamon rolls etc.
C 8615 is versatile and works well for most kind of breads. It works best for leavened breads like sandwich breads.

Hi Sourabh! I hope you’re keeping well.
According to our trials, sail flour works really well for breads in addition to rotis and paranthas! We’re about to post a recipe for the same shortly. Stay tuned!

Hi Lokesh!
For whole wheat cakes, you can use any of Highland, Indie or Reliq flours. We’ll personally recommend Highland flour for the sweet flavour and great texture. You can order it here https://twfflours.com/app/product/highland?source=twffaq
For normal cakes, we’re in the process of developing a new cake flour and will keep you updated. Stay tuned! -
Hi Srishti!
TWF Series C 8714 works great for pizzas. It retains some bran and germ which also brings great texture to the pizza! You can order it here – https://twfflours.com/c?source=twffaq
If you are looking for a whole wheat option, TWF Flour X works beautifully as well. You can order it here – https://twfflours.com/app/product/flourx?source=twffaq -
We’d recommend 70-73% hydration for Pizzas with C 8714 and 80-83% for Flour X Pizzas. Happy baking!
