This Oats-Flaxseed Sandwich Bread could very easily become your family favorite! It is soft, flavorful and the crumb has a great texture. Apart from flavors and textures, this bread is packed with fibers, proteins, and healthy carbs. A whiff of warm cinnamon and honey aroma wafts through my home when the bread is pulled out of the oven. Imagine a foggy rainy morning and a cinnamon-scented, buttery crisp toast with a hot cup of coffee! The Oats-Flaxseed Sandwich Bread of bread is like a warm hug wrapped in cinnamon. The use of oats soaker results in a super soft and flavorful crumb. The flaxseeds add nuttiness and texture to the bread.
It is a real crowd-pleaser, loved by kids and parents alike! And it is very versatile in usage. It is great when simply toasted with butter or with a slather of nut butter or a cheese sandwich!
For this recipe, I have used TWF’s Series C #8615. It is a bread flour with around 11.5% protein, which is enough to give the bread a tall structure.
